Pluronic® F-68 (PEO-PPO-PEO)

Pluronic F-68® is a difunctional block copolymer surfactant with primary hydroxyl group terminations. This non-ionic detergent safeguards cells from hydrodynamic damage and can also facilitate the in vitro isolation of lymphocytes from diluted whole blood.
